The Analyses Of The Present Situation Of Young Migrant Workers’Sexual Psychological And It’s Model Constructing

As former survey shows that:the unmarried teenage sex behavior and an unintended pregnancy are are increasing in many countries, and there is10%to14%unmarried youth has unintended pregnancies every year in whole world. Among them, there is accounted for about20%～60%in developing countries, unintended pregnancy rate are increasing every year in China. According to Xin hua net reports (2012), China’s Ministry of Health, UNAIDS, the joint by the World Health Organization AIDS epidemic in China assessment report, and the joint by the World Health Organization AIDS epidemic in China assessment reported that, at the end of2011,78million people was survived infected with HIV or be AIDS patients.46.5%of them were accounted by heterosexual transmission. Besides, migrant workers are the high-risk group of pregnancy, abortion and the spreading of disease. Clearly, the increase in young people, sexually transmitted diseases, and HIV’s infection spread endanger young people’s physical and mental health. Thus, research on adolescent sexual psychology has important practical significance.In conclusion, this study based on the existing theories and refer to the former in-depth interview, developed four questionnaires:《The Sexual Knowledge Scale》,《The Sexual Attitude scale》,《The Sexual Behavior Scale》, and Adapted 《The Sexual Self-Concept Scale》 which developed by Breakwell and Millward (1997). This study selected521young migrant workers in Kunshan and Suzhou area. The results were as follows:(1) This study developed four questionnaires:《The Sexual Knowledge Scale》,《The Sexual Attitude Scale》,《The Sexual Behavior Scale》, and Adapted《The Sexual Self-Concept Scale》 demonstrate good reliability and validity, they can be used as a measurement to understand young people’s sexual knowledge, sexual attitudes, sexual behavior and sexual self-concept in the future relevant research.(2) Young migrant workers’ sexual psychology are in good development, but still need to be improved. Their sex knowledge is in a higher overall level, but they last learning motivation. Their conservative attitudes and open was the polarization. There is more sexual behavior also with more contraceptive. On sexual self-concept, Young migrant workers willing to have sex, responsible to use contraceptive measures initiative, and pay more attention to each other’s needs and feelings in sex.(3) Young migrant workers’ gender, age, educational, family and social attribution have important influence of sexual psychology development.(4) Young migrant workers’ sexual attitudes is difference because of different sexual knowledge and sexual behavior styles.(5) There are closely relationship between young migrant workers’ sexual knowledge, sexual attitudes, sexual behavior and sexual self-concept. What more, sexual self-concept plays an important intermediary role between sexual knowledge, sexual attitudes and sexual behavior.Besides on survey the young migrant workers’ sexual psychology, this study explores the relationship between sexual knowledge, sexual attitudes, sexual behavior and sexual self-concept, the relationship between the style of sexual psychology, Sexual behavior and Sexual attitudes. And constructing the model of young migrant workers’ sexual psychology. The results provide a theoretical reference to explore ways to reduce the dangerous sexual behavior of young migrant workers.
