Comparative Analysis Study On Jingdezhen And Fujian Export Blue And White Porcelain

During the Ming and Qing dynasties, chinese export trade was extremelyprosperous, especially for the blue and white porcelain. For a long time, theproduction of this kind of porcelain was primarily in Jingdezhen. However, inthe late Ming to early Qing dynasty, the export of blue and white porcelainwas extremely limited due to various reasons. The other domestic place,especially the southeast coastal area, stands out for export. Among them,Dehua and Zhangzhou were the extremely characteristic of export porcelain atthat period. This kind of the porcelain has a large collection in southeast Asia,Japan, Africa, Europe etc.So the paper chooses representative samples from Jingdezhen, Dehua,Zhangzhou during the Ming and Qing dynasties. On the basis of referring totherelevant documents and textual research, using the technologyarchaeological method, comprehensive analysis and study of the export blueand white porcelain composition, chroma, connotation of science andtechnology information, preliminary study of different regions of export buleand white porcelain composition and performance characteristics, for exportblue and white porcelain origin discrimination provided scientific basis.Meanwhile, the paper also research test analysis of Jingdezhen ordinary civilblue and white porcelain component, the chroma samples and otherinformation, comparative analysis the same kiln production of Jingdezhenordinary civil blue and white porcelain and export blue and white porcelainthe similarities and differences, draw some valuable scientific information,provide a certain foundation on the export blue and white porcelainproduction technology effect.Chapter one, two, the overview on Jingdezhen, Dehua and Zhangzhouexport blue and white porcelain.
