Study On The Integrated Conservation And Utilization Of The Ancient Towns

China has a long history, many pieces of the original vast and a number of Historical Cultural town and villages, which are true portrayal of traditional culture, folk customs, the arts of buildings, reflecting the history culture and social development. They are the precious legacy that the ancestors left us. In China’s urbanization process, a large number of invaluable Historical Cultural towns and villages suffered different degrees of destruction, also existing many problems in the protection development and utilization in Historical Cultural towns and villages.In this paper, we used the multi-disciplinary theory, through the practice of domestic and international protection and the use of theoretical research, summarized the content, concepts, principles and mutual relations of the Historical Cultural towns and villages of China’s protection and exploitation, analyses the problem existing in the protection and development and utilization of the current Historical Cultural towns and villages, survey the development and utilization of the protection in the town of Linxian in Shanxi Province, through analysis of research results, summarized the strengths and weaknesses in the conservation, development and utilization in Qikou Town. We combined with domestic and international advanced experience, put forward concrete, practical conservation, tourism development and coordinated development approach.The first chapter we firstly stated the urgency of the research, discussed status quo of international research on the Historical and Cultural towns and villages protection and development at the same time we defined the research content, purpose, meaning, method, and related concepts.In the chapter two we stated the basic theory of protection and development in the Historical and Cultural towns and villages, summarized and analyses the common problems of historical and cultural protection and development of towns and villages, reviewed some erroneous theories and views.In the chapter three and four we stated the research results of Historical Cultural towns and villages on the moraine town, analyses including the geographical and natural conditions, historical evolution, town status, present town conservation and development of tourism resources situation and the characteristics of tourism resources, value characteristics, landscape images, etc.In the chapter five, on the basis of summing up the research, we analyzed the strengths and weaknesses in Qikou Town town conservation and development and utilization.In the chapter six, we put forward the protection and development of practical measures in the moraine town, including the basic ideas of protection and development, guiding ideology, the division the function of the town, as well as protection of material culture and non-material culture, improvement of living raise residents quality, establishing and improving tourist facilities and the protection and development of the security system.In this paper, on the basis of summing up the status quo and existing theories, especially the actual survey, we explore the scope of research within the capabilities. We proposed some practical methods for the historical and cultural protection and development of towns and villages. We tried our best to lay a theoretical basis on the further development of Historical Cultural towns and villages, further promoted them in sustainable development.
