This study was designed to prepare the situational judgment tests in potential staff recruitmentfrom graduating university students, by taking an automobile production enterprise forexample. Put descriptive job scene to self-report scale, through certain employees of thisautomobile production enterprise and the implementation of evaluation of candidates,according to pencil and paper to answer the result of which shows their potential.The situational judgment tests were analyzed in the literature and theoretical deduction, basedon the combination of enterprise human resource workers, psychologists’ semi-structuredinterviews with the outcome, raised the quality of the structure of four-dimensional model, asfollows: self-control, achievement orientation, interpersonal treatment and self-efficacy. Theself-control includes three factors: emotional control, the pressure to deal with and theintegration. The achievement-oriented includes three factors: aspiration, team developmentand ownership. The interpersonal treatment includes three factors: communication, buildsrelationships and partnerships and cooperation. The self-efficacy includes two factors: abilityto learn and diversity.According to this four-factor structure model, we used a combination of qualitative andqualitative research methods. Through the scenario simulation, analyze and test thepsychometric indicators. Hopes the methods and results of the researching of situationaljudgment tests in potential staff recruitment from graduating university students, is not only adevelopment of the psychological measurement, but also to provide a basis and support forthe potential staff recruitment to improve the effectiveness of recruitment to contribute.
