The hole society can be divided into several parts in the Spring&Autunnand Warring States Period. Every States had rule parts, they also can be dividedinto several groups which connected by some political reasons. This kind ofgroups can be called the political groups.Except the Emperor, there are four major political groups in Qin State: theroyal clan, the alien minister, the Emperors’ maternal relatives and the militarygroup.The Royal Clan refers to the descendants of the Lord of one state. They were come from the other states but having a highposition in the government of Qin State.The Emperors’ maternal relatives were the clan of Emperors’ mothers inQin State. They were special group in Qin State.The military group which were the residents of Qin State had ability tocommand army in the war. They had not blood relationship with Emperors.They were the significant group in the Warring States Period.There were variety of political groups in the government of Qin State in theSpring&Autunn and Warring States Period. That was the important reason forthe unity of Qin Dynasty.
