| With the continuous improvement of material living standards, happiness has attractedresearchers’ attention. Part of the corporate staff in Beijing, using the method ofliterature and empirical research, studied the relationship between the work of happinessand its influencing factors and two theoretical models of the six influence factors on thehappiness of work under the guidance of whether differences exist between regions ofthe influencing factors.This article consists of three parts:(1) access to documents related to happiness,including the concept of happiness, the happiness of the theory and genre, the trend ofhappiness research, happiness measurement scale, affecting the work of well-beingResearch of flu-related factors as well as domestic work happiness and achievements,the theoretical basis for future research.(2) maturity scale factors affecting themeasurement of work happiness, and recovery of data and questionnaire reliability andvalidity of indicators, correlation analysis, to verify the relationship between the workof happiness and its influencing factors and paper six-factor model theory from theresults of the study, six factors work with the employees happiness into a significantpositive correlation, but part of the overlapping part between these six factors, and theywork well-being on the extent size can not be determined more step in future research,the relevant data also shows that some of the factors affect the work of employees ofhappiness, Beijing region there are regional differences.(3) pointed out the limitationsand inadequacies of this thesis. Provide the appropriate recommendations based on theresults of data analysis, corporate human resource management, and happiness of futureresearch directions. |
