The managers and scholars had pay more and more attention to occupational psychology of happiness. Wright (2004) and other scholars have pointed out that professional happiness is reflected in subjective well-being in the workplace where employees have to work in positive emotions and negative emotional experience and evaluation. Based on interviews, combined with open-ended questionnaire, as well as reference literature review presents the theoretical concept of corporate employee career happiness, we give the Occupational well-being of employees a operational definition: the all aspects of career-related subjective psychological experiences, positive and negative, which contains job satisfaction, occupational health, work motivation, emotional exhaustion and interpersonal support. Career happiness is one have more positive experience and fewer negative experiences. Specific performance about the stronger occupational happiness is:the one have higher job satisfaction, more motivation and more interpersonal support, while own lower emotional exhaustion and fewer occupational health evaluation. According to this definition, this study designed a corporate employee career happiness questionnaire, which has good reliability, the internal consistency coefficient of full questionnaire is0.877and the split-half reliability coefficient was0.628; Meanwhile, the questionnaire has good validity, in which the correlation coefficients of the five dimensions of well-being and career score is between0.57-0.73(P<0.01). Exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor results show that the construct validity of the questionnaire is good.The main results of this study are follows:As used herein, the enterprise employees’ occupational happiness questionnaire to explore the relationship between occupational well-being of employees and local mental capital. Comprehensive work requirements-resource model, professional psychological well-being of local capital theory and the theory of psychological construct, we set up the impaction of local capital to professional happiness model. Meanwhile we found employees also examines gender, education, marital status, influence the type and length of service companies where these five factors on occupational well-being of employees and local mental capital.The main conclusions are as follows:(1) The employees experience the moderate professional happiness and in middle level; their psychological capital is low and in lower middle level.(2) The employees in different marital status, different education and ditterent length of service show different occupational happiness. Married employees have higher happiness than unmarried professional staff; professional happiness of highly educated and low-educated workers compared to higher secondary education employees, college educated staff a minimum; employee career happiness increases with length of service up high, there is a small peak of a career in3-5years of happiness at this stage.(3) The staff in different sex, marital status, seniority employees exhibit different psychological capital. Male employees than female employees have more transactional psychological capital; married than unmarried employees employees have more psychological capital; with increasing working life, psychological capital showing a rising trend.(4) The local mental capital and its two dimensions:transactional type of psychological capital and interpersonal psychological capital, both for professional happiness of employees have a positive impact and positive predictive; indigenous psychological capital as a whole well-being of career not as good as the joint explanatory power of the explanatory power of two dimensions.(5) Transactional psychological capital and psychological capital interpersonal have different type of career happiness effects model, the former contains both positive and negative effects of the process; latter is only the positive impact on the process. Specific instructions in the Chinese cultural context, attention should be paid not only to develop the transactional psychological capital, also pay more attention to the positive impact of psychological capital interpersonal type of career happiness.Finally, we sampled for this study, innovative content and cross-cultural research on the field, as well as self-report questionnaire, the limitations of the study designation and the cross-sectional analysis were discussed, and I hope to have implications for future research.
