With the general improvement of economic development and living standards,the gender roles of women have changed,and more women have entered the work force,they have become the main force.In the workplace,gender work content and evaluation criteria are gradually consistent,women face higher job requirements.The new generation of women in life not only pay more attention to the work of the individual,but also pay attention to the development of interests and hobbies,leisure sports and the needs of social life.In this context,the influence of their career outlook is broader,and it may have undergone a subtle change.In retrospect,the empirical research on the career outlook of the new generation of female groups is less,and the discussion on the mechanism of women’s career outlook on work and life is not complete.After all,what are the new manifestations of the career outlook of the female group in the pursuit of a broad life balance?How is it reflected in the field of self,work and family?Based on this,this study combines Kaleidoscope Career view(The Kaleidoscope Career),from"Authenticity(Authenticity)and challenges(Challenge),equilibrium(Balance)," The three dimension is more women in The field of self,work,family characteristics,explore The new era of women under The concept of Career status differences.Based on the theory of person-organization fit,this paper further,undering the influence of work-life balance culture,analyzes the influence and mechanism of the career outlook of the new generation of female groups on work attitude(job satisfaction,job involvement,organizational commitment).Research through a kaleidoscope careers questionnaire inquiry,the present situation of the new generation female employee career outlook characteristics,which probe the concept of the new generation of women’s career,whether the differences between the older generation of women employees.In this study,430 female employees were selected for the questionnaire survey and found that:1)challenges,balance and authenticity are important contents of the new generation of female employees’ career outlook;2)compared with older women,the new generation of women scored higher on the "authenticity" dimension,with the score of 90 being significantly higher than that of the post-80s generation,and the post-80s score was significantly higher than that of 60 or 70;3)there is no significant generational difference in the dimensions of challenge and balance.The second study further quantitatively explores whether the new generation of women with a broad work-life balance is the core of their career outlook,whether it will affect their working attitude and influence the mechanism of action.The results show that:1)the three dimensions of the female career outlook of the new generation are positively related to the work attitude(job satisfaction,work input and organizational commitment).2)person-organization matching plays an intermediary role in the relationship between the career outlook and work attitude of the new generation of women.In general,this study used the career outlook of kaleidoscope,and conducted intergenerational differences survey on the status quo of career view of female employees from three major fields:self,work and family.And discusses the concept of career attitude to the new generation of women working mechanism,the influence of provides new generation female individuals with a mirror self-awareness,also for the enterprise on the basis of understanding their needs better motivate new generation female staff with advice.
