A Research On Han Feizi’s Thought Of Accountability

The study on Han Feizi(韩非子)became more flourishing in modern Chinese, and such research was focused on his law thought, view of history, thought of human nature, and so on. Because of historical factors, their study have showed their Purpose. MY thesis would like to through "Accountability" to research Han Feizi’s political thought, will be a new exploration, this pattern maybe helpful to understand Han Feizi’s thought. Han Feizi’s thinking with the grumous characteristics of the times, his thought on "accountability" totally for country’s Strong and prosperous. My paper have three main body, Includes the monarch(君主), the bureaucracy(臣子), and the Intellectual(士).The monarch’s accountability includes find Officials with installed position, uphold law and abandon affection, more strict in reward and punish, and reform the political System. The bureaucracy’s accountability Divided into law accountability and positional accountability. The intellectual’s accountability is very distinct. And finally, I summarized Han Feizi’s accountability thinking, analysized its merit and shortcoming.
