The period of junior high school is the foundation of the stage with life meaning, is adolescence individual critical period of development, this time the junior high school students’consciousness soared, they are more likely to maintain a good image of yourself, pursue independence and self-esteem, understand the junior high school students’ subjective well-being status, pay close attention to this group’s quality of life, no matter to the youth’s mental health education or for school education teaching strategy formulation and implementation is of important guidance and reference.This research use the inventory of parent and peer attachment, Rosenberg self-esteem scale, the subjective well-being of Adolescent Questionnaire for adolescent to investigate students from five junior schools in Hunan and Shenzhen province.recycling effective questionnaire samples for668. Data using SPSS16.0and Amos6.0for analysis. The results show that:(1)the attachment, the junior high school students’ self-esteem and subjective well-being in general is safety and health, mother cultural degree, district on mother attachment has Significant differences, district on father attachment has significant differences, gender, district and grade on peer attachment has Significant differences, district on subjective well-being has Significant differences(2)junior high school students’parent and peer attachment could significantly predict subjective well-being, junior high school students mother attachment could significantly predict self-esteem, in which mother attachment could positively predict self-esteem, parent and peer attachment could positively predict subjective well-being。(3)self-esteem mediated the relationship between parent、peer attachment and subjective well-being.
