Tibetan Buddhism came to Mongolia in the thirteenth Century plateau, in its spread and the area of the original religious struggle and rivalry, the clever use of the modeling art as the carrier, transmission of Tibetan Buddhism spread the teachings and ideas, eventually reaching its publicity and ideas with its plastic arts in the Inner Mongolia area are inherited. Inner Mongolia retained a large number of Tibetan Buddhist art, including statues, temple paintings, Tangka, enrich the forms of arts to Inner Mongolia oil painting creation inspiration and reference.This paper consists of four chapters. The first chapter introduces the concept and the Tibetan Buddhism in Inner Mongolia area, and the impact of production and living. The second chapter introduces the Tibetan Buddhist art in several main forms of arts. The third chapter was established as the focus of this paper, taking Inner Mongolia area as an example the oil painting creation, microscopic analysis and research of Tibetan Buddhist art of Inner Mongolia oil painting creation influence. The fourth chapter briefly explains the common geographical, cultural, and psychological qualities of Inner Mongolia created a general style of oil painting :reation. Inner Mongolia oil painting is its broad mind in traditional oil painting techniques based on, active absorption and use of other art styles in nutrition. Expand and enrich their picture of the artistic language, showing a unique art style and aesthetic value.
