The global art products trading fiery is undergoing fervently. Chinese artmarket and international art market conform gradually and continue to grow anddevelop, accompanied by the new transaction mode of Chinese art products. Sothe types and features of art products transaction pattern merit our researching.And the status-quo of the transcation mode, and the exsiting problems as well ashow to improve it a topic worthy of study. In this paper, the use of economics,management science and art theories and research methods, from the art tradeflow, the author analyses the art trade model of the constituent elements,explores the art trade pattern and its characteristics. On the basis of the study ofChinese art product transaction pattern present situation and the existencequestion, the author finally puts forward to optimize and improve Chinese artproduct transaction pattern and the countermeasures in this regard..Through the research, this paper believes that art product transactionprocess is mainly composed of the transaction motive formation, the tradingenvironment assessment, discuss business negotiations, signing, delivery,implementation of transaction contracts and tracking seven links of the service.Art products trading mode mainly includes the three elements, namely thetrading body, transaction object and trading relationship. On the whole artproducts trading modes can be divided into the traditional transaction model andthe new transaction mode, in which the traditional transaction model is dividedinto galleries, art fairs and auction, while the emerging trading patterns includeinvestment fund of art works, trading of the art works’ share, online trading andlong-term spot goods transaction. At present, the quality of traditional tradingmode of the Chinese art have improved, has grown out of nothing, from small tolarge and the scale of standardized market system has been formed. However,there are still many problems, mainly reflected in:the areas of galleries, auction,art fair, where the three transaction mode structures are irrational, lots ofspeculation exists and the industrial policy in accordance with the industry hasnot been made. In addition, the product positioning is not clear and thesupervision and inspection is needed. Therefore, in order to optimize and perfectthe Chinese art products trading mode, we should start with the followingaspects: perfecting the relevant laws and regulations of the art products traditional trading mode, establishing a national art work guild, strengtheningthe inspection of the new transaction mode and its platform, perfectinginvestment and financing system of the development of artistic products andstipulating the international industrial policy in line with the internationalstandards.
