Language is the legal language legislation. Based on the theories of halliday’s systemic functional grammar theory as the guide, first to previous research achievements of the legislative language has summarized and to statements, and by using the theory of discourse analysis based-the system of functional grammar theory, from the environment of culture、the environment of situation and language three yuan function of Angle, to the law on the protection of minors detailed description and quantitative analysis, and finally summarized the characteristics of the overall legislative language linguistics.This research shows that:in the discourse analysis using halliday’s functional grammar theory can achieve good results. And in practice sense, if can will function of discourse analysis theory and the right language form combined, for writing legislation language can play a certain role in guiding the improve communication efficiency, we hope that this paper research the writing and language legislative understanding has certain practical role.
