Homeless minors has always been a problem in today’s society, previous studies mostly focus on the negative phenomenon of homeless minors, but some researches have also demonstrated the remarkable positive qualities on them while facing difficulties and dangers in the wandering life. In the perspective of positive psychology, the study using the method of questionnaire and choose 203 homeless minors from Guangxi District as the research object, Based on the case interview describes and analyzes the basic situation of homeless minors gratitude, resilience and behavior problems, and discuss the intermediary role of resilience between gratitude and problem behavior. This study provides data support to promote the healthy growth of homeless minors, at the same time, provide the reference to society, relief stations and family psychological health education and management of homeless juveniles, the research results of this study are as follows:(1) The gratitude consciousness of minors are stronger when their parents’ marriage are in good condition, and they score higher than the one whose parents’ marriage are in bad condition in every dimension of gratitude. Repeat vagrant minors, the overall level of gratitude are lower than the one who stray one minors.(2) The resilience of marital status of parents have significant impact on minors, the marital status of parents good family, minors resilience level was significantly higher than that of bad marital status family; the resilience level of repeat homeless minors was significantly lower than that of wandering a minor(3) In the homeless minors groups, the problem behavior of male(attack, delinquent behavior) was significantly higher than that of female. Problem behavior of the homeless minors whose parents marriage are in good condition are better than the one whose parents marriage are in bad condition. The problem behavior of repeat homeless minors r was significantly higher than the one who stray one minors..(4) In the groups of homeless minors, gratitude and resilience were significantly positive correlation (r= 0.56, P< 0.01); Gratitude and problem behavior were significantly negative correlation (r=-0.19 P< 0.01); Resilience and problem behavior were significantly negative correlation (r=-0.32, P< 0.01).(5) The direct effect of gratitude and problem behavior was not significant, gratitude indirectly affect the problem behaviors of homeless minors through resilience, the intermediary effect is-0.18.
