Research Of Shi Jing Tong Yi Of Zhu Heling On Philology

Zhu Heling (1608-1683), Chang Ru, Jiangsu Wujiang people, alias himself Yu An, aliased Yu Gu Sou or Songling Sanren by others. Zhu wrote quite much in his whole life. At an early year, he mainly focused on writing poem and verse, but on the later stage, he turned to researching Chinese classics. The poems and verses of Zhu who was one of the members of Jing Yin Poets Society(惊隐诗社)were able to be on a par with those cotemporary authors side by side. Then, Gu Tinglin, one of Zhu’s china plates, persuaded him to explore Chinese essential study, thus making the writing and compiling of various Chinese classics spring like mushroom. Shi jing Tong Yi(《诗经通义》)which composed with twelve volumes is the monumental work of Zhu in his sunset. When Zhu Heling analyzed "The Book of Songs"(《诗经》),he believed that Zhu Xi blasted Xiao Xu(The short preface placed on the head of every poem of "The Book of Songs" using to explain the themes of them) so seriously, and those prefaces could not be removed, because that if we analyze "The Book of Songs " without prefaces, we will lose the dependent and basis. As a result, Zhu basically depended on Xiao Xu, and currently collected the analysis of "The Book of Songs" of various authors of Han dynasty and Song dynasty, compromised between ancient and modern, then finished this book with his own motivation.Nowadays, there are not monographs about the research of Shi jing Tong Yi of Zhu Heling among scholars. And we are lacking of systemic researches of this work. This essay wants to analyze Shi jing Tong Yi deeply and systemically in philology basing on the ancient researches. And it will mainly contain these parts as follows:Introduction, which will introduce the origin of the research of essay, and generally present the achievement of researches of Shi jing Tong Yi, thus proposing methods and scope of research of this task.Chapter1, in this part, author wants to begin with the overview of life and activities of keeping company of Zhu, and then analyzes his compiling condition, after that discusses the version and style of Shi jing Tong Yi.Chapter2, in this part, author will expound the academic background and concept of Zhu analyzing "The Book of Songs " from the macro angle. He basically depended on Xiao Xu, and currently collected the analysis of "The Book of Songs" of various authors of Han dynasty and Song dynasty.Chapter3, in this part, author is going to investigate the specific application of the way of arrangement of documents of Shi jing Tong Yi such as characters, sounds, collating and so on, from a micro angle.Chapter4, in this part, author is to discuss the textual researches of chapters gloss, objects, decrees and regulations and so on, of Shi jing Tong Yi. And the analyzing method of Zhu applied to "The Book of Songs" which is mainly to cite classics and confirm history.Conclusion, which will conclude whole essay, and expound the inheritance and critique of the ancient analysis of"The Book of Songs" of Shi jing Tong Yi, thus highlighting its academic value and significance of history in academy.
