In the1970s, Kate Millett’s "Three Faces of Eve" as the representative of the firstgeneration of feminist documentary, advent of the feminist movement spreads to thefilm industry. Female director, Sofia Coppola’s " The Virgin Suicide""Lost inTranslation""Marie Antoinette" are female as the protagonist, through the lens, fine toshow the psychology of women, showing a combination of feminism and film,therefore, analysis of these three films and the use of feminist theory and feministconsciousness which contains tapped, it is necessary for the creation and appreciationof the female movie.This paper, from the definition movie and female consciousness and femalerelated concept, find out the female consciousness in the film performance; from thethree Sophia film women in film classified proceed with, expand the female of thethree works in Sofia Interpretation. Through a close reading of the text of the method,the film ’s female consciousness and its expression revealed; read Sofia’s three moviesas a whole to study,found Sofia’s three movies of feminist consciousness in terms ofhorizontal or vertical on all progressive to start with the internal logic structure.Finally, conclude strengths and weaknesses of Sofia female film-making, and controlthe creation of the status quo of China’s female film that can learn from the Sofiafemale film-making, namely the creation of female movie not only performancewomen’s thinking on their own status quo and confront, but also women to achievefreedom as a process, showing the different age groups problems encountered by theidentity, level of education of women the way women’s liberation, and behavedifferently performance, by the time to our country female film creation and theconstruction of relevant theories have a certain role in promoting.
