| The reigns of Emperor Kangxi, Yongzheng and Qianlong period of Qing Dynastywas China’s last feudal dynasty in a Golden Age. During this time, it generated butunique to the Qing Dynasty by an instrument system, the memorial to throne (ZouZhe).Studying the systems of the memorial to throne (ZouZhe) during the Emperors ofKangxi, Yongzheng and Qianlong, not only can make us better to deepen and expandthe former history of the Qing Dynasty, but also can redound to our understanding of theQing Dynasty Official Document System. It is very important significance that we canbetter analysis and the existence the different points of the official memorial systemsbefore the Qing Dynasty. This paper was starting from the representative of the feudaldynasty official memorial systems before the Qing Dynasty, and it was mostly studiedthe memorial to throne (ZouZhe) in the reign of Emperor Kangxi, Yongzheng andQianlong. Through the study of the generation of the systems of memorial to throne(ZouZhe) in reign of Emperor Kangxi, the development in the reign of EmperorYongzheng, and in the last this systems was consummated in the reign of EmperorQianlong. We will sum up four points of it, the first one is officials hierarchical, thesecond one is the high degree of confidentiality, the third one is sending quickly and thelast one is gathering information abroad. At last, we can research that the systems ofmemorial to throne (ZouZhe) was used for the role and influence in the rule during threereign of Emperor Kangxi, Yongzheng and Qianlong. It also had disadvantages.In this paper, it is based on the induction and summary of historical materials. It isobjective point of view of the systems of the memorial to throne (ZouZhe) during threereigns of Emperor Kangxi, Yongzheng and Qianlong. Studying this paper, we can notonly understand the development of official memorial systems but also can play areference to today’s official document systems. |
