Interrogative sentence is a knowledge of grammar in teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language. For advanced stage of the students there are still many errors in the use of interrogative. In order to reflect characteristics of interrogative sentences of Students in the advanced stage, Object of study in the paper is interrogative sentences with Interlanguage Errors established by the Beijing Language and Culture University,based on interlanguage theory, the Chinese and foreign comparative theory and error analysis theory,using qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods for the study, a comprehensive study of the corpus of the interrogative bias conditions, pointing out the problems of students in the expression of interrogative,provideing some reference suggestions for the interrogative Acquisition and interrogative teaching.The first chapter elaborates Dissertations reason, purpose, theoretical basis, research, research side, introduced the current field of Teaching Chinese as interrogative research, including three aspects,Chinese and foreign interrogative contrast, interrogative Acquisition, interrogative teaching.In the second chapter, Interrogative sentence error is generalized as four type, the form and structure errors, interrogative context errors, interrogative chapter cohesion errors, interrogative syntax bias errors.By extracting corpus statistics, it summed that the major categories of the advanced stage of interrogative bias distribution is more balanced, the type of small class bias unevenly distributed. Interrogative bias is intractable, complex, composite.Combination with types of interrogative bias, the third chapter explored factors of the interrogative bias were as follows:language transfer, generalization of the target language rules, lack of teaching materials, and suggested that made clear teaching focus of the interrogative in different stages, train students to express complex interrogative sentence, and strengthen interrogative teaching in context, train students ability of the use of interrogative in the chapters.
