The physiological indexes of the trial volunteers as people trapped in coal mineaccidents are measured before and after the simulated accidents unde the experimentalsystem in this study, their physiological change characteristics and rule are analyzed, and their psychological change rule is researched. The author proposes the new concept"psychological change level value" to represent the degree of psychological change ofthe trapped people so that the relation between psychological and physiological changeis analyzed and the development trend with the time is predicted using the correlationanalysis and the grey system theory. The model of the relation between psychologicaland physiological change is established. The result shows people trapped in accidentwill produce strong psychological and physiological reactions. The psychologicalchange is reflected through physiological index. They are of high correlation to eachother. To summarize, the psychological change is very fast and quite complex. Thepsychological condition, to a great extent, is a very important factor for their ability tosurvive, at the same time, directly affect the psychology of rescue workers.
