YanBian area is one of the political, economic and cultural centers during Bo Hai period. Chinese·and foreign scholars have obtained many good results in the study of territory traffic and culture for Bo Hai country. But there are so less research in the respective of geography, especially the relationship between sites distribution and geographical environment.therefore, this paper will analysis in the perspective of the relationship between relevant sites distribution and geographical environment. This paper will give a space analysis and buffer analysis on the traffic, slope, gradient, river and agricultural during Bo Hai period on the base of historical geography and archaeological geography. And put the distribution sites in a system of more respective and scientific, so that we can find out geographical regularity and people thought during Bo Hai period to make the research on Bo Hai period richer, and provide more clues and possibility to promote the development of the study on the history of the Bo Hai period.Comprehensive above study, we can get there is certain regularity of the site distribution in Yanbian area, and it has a certain correlation to natural and cultural factor. Those ruins mainly distribute in Tumen river valley, and larger ruins showing curve form distribution along the river, smaller and medium-sized ruins showing diffuse distribution. We can conclude that there is obvious correlation between elevation, slope, rivers, transit distance and ruins distribution. From the correlation analysis between the sites and elevation, mainly distributed in150~450m presenting the elevation gradually reduce to the side; From the correlation analysis between the site and slope, the site slope distributed and changed significantly related, with the slope is increased, the distribution site gradually reduced; From the correlation analysis between the site and slope, the sites of Bohai in Yanbian area mainly distributed in the ground, followed by south, southeast and southwest direction, east, there were less west and northwest, and the north, northeast direction distribution site at least. The correlation apparently between the site distribution and river, and negatively correlated with rivers buffer, far from the river, the quantity smaller of the distribution of the settlements. the correlation between the address and river most obvious, relevance is not obvious from near water, and mountain city, tombs, temples and architecture-address and other this several types and rivers of relevance not obvious. The correlation between Site distribution and traffic was significant, and with the increased of the distance and the traffic line, distribution was reduction.Through study, we found that ruins in Yanbian during Bo Hai period mainly distributed at the height of150~450meters and gradient of0-6,100~600meters away from the river, apart from the transit within1000meters, different type distribution has slightly difference with each other. At the time I have created create all kinds of special maps about ruins distribution during Bo Hai period to provide the reference information for future research.
