The VRC (V+R) in Chinese and Vietnamese are the same in essentials while differing in some points. This paper generalizes the representative point of views in ontology and in teaching Chinese as the second language. It summaries characteristics of the VRC in Chinese and Vietnamese which bases on the adjustment of the terminologies.Then it elaborates the differences and connections from the Structural and semantic aspects. With the analysis of the questionnaire and the collection of data, the errors are divided into "avoidance errors","formative errors "and "mixed errors" three.
