Philippines Chinese education has undergone one hundred years of twists and turns. Nowadays Filipino-Chinese school students are from varied cultural background, facing different kinds of language choices. And their Chinese language attitude and cultural identity are of uneven level. This article tries to investigate the situation of Filipino-Chinese school students’culture recognition and language attitude through the questionnaire and "(matched-guisetechnique) method", to see the students’learning time and Chinese level and different background such factors how to influence language attitude and their cultural identity.The survey results shows:(1) The Filipino-Chinese school students have a good language attitude towards English and Chinese both, The English language attitude is slightly better than that of Chinese, but overall did not show great differences.(2) The Filipino-Chinese school students’cultural identity level is in the middle level generally; the emotional dimension is best, behavior tendency is in the middle level, thus cognitive dimension below middle level range;(3) Only grades that influence Chinese language attitude,while different schools, different native language background, different gender and different chinese level does not show influence markedly.(4) Different schools, different language background, different grade and different chinese level all give Chinese cultural identity great effect on every dimension. Among them, Chinese background students’cultural identity is much higher than non-Chinese students.(5) The Filipino-Chinese school students’cultural identity and language attitude both shows the trend:students of high grade and low grade are much better, while middle grade students are much worse.(8) The students of primary level and senior levels show significant differences in cultural identity in each dimension. The level of Chinese language and cultural identity is positively related. The better their Chinese is, the higher degree of their cultural identity.
