The Design Research Of The Older Residence Environment Humanized Concept

The phenomenon of the aging tendency of the population in our country is more andmore concerned recently, in accordance with the current aging population trend and thestatistic data of the aging population in the city nowadays, during the last few years, the olderresidence is more and more prevalent, it is a totally new life pattern for the old man, and littleby little, it is accepted by the public to develop more and more older residence for old man,meanwhile, we will put more effort to humanity concept design so as to meet the physiologicand the psychological requirement. We need to find the disadvantages of our country’s oldman studio apartment, so we want to express our point of view by this dissertation. It willanalyze the concept design of the space for old man older residence, and we will setup acomplete and convenient plane arrangement, in according with old man’s differentpsychological features. What is more, the color and material which we use is the main factorsthat will influence old man’s mood, so it is an important factor which we cannot ignore, andthe excellent medical care service facilities improve the comfort and safety index at the sametime. So the fully combination of older residence internal integral arrangement with humanityconcept design give rise to far-reaching effects to modern older residence.The outdoor space is where old man can get in contact with our mother nature, and it isalso provide a paradise for them to take excise to keep their body fit. In the first place, weshould take note of the road handicapped design, which can improve the consciousness of theold man to outdoor activities, and furthermore, the botanic layout and the construction of theproject will make the old man love the nature and life more and more. By way of analyzinghumanity concept design, with reasonable division of the external space, better public servicefacilities around, the consideration of handicap concept design will fully improve the comfortfor old man older residence.In this article, I will highlight the difference of the case between home and abroad olderresidence, we will analyze some case and questionnaire, we will filter the advantage ofabroad, at the same time, rectify our own shortcomings, according to some investigation ofsome older residence and comparison of questionnaire, we will make a summary of theimportance for older residence concept design, at last, we will analyze some typical case,estimate the older residence by means of using humanity concept requirement, so as to makeour design better and practical.With the rapid development of our country’s economy and the acceptance of olderresidence concept design, now the older residence becomes a preferred selection for welfare,so it is very important for Architect’s concept design. But the concept design still needs us to improve.
