| You can see from when people using paper map, electronic map, car navigationand mobile map, they have always got the help of more and more advanced toolsto solve problem in the real world. As an excellent platform, mobile device hasborn convenience which in geographic location, map service and informationsearch, in other words, it satisfies the individual navigation service of people.Mobile device is unique that carried individual navigation service, it has goodquality on function and human-computer interaction. It can help people to solve theproblem immediately which it was restricted in terms both of context and resource.Based goal-directed design methods, paper researched interaction design ofindividual navigation service in accordance with relevant research, modeling,requirements definition, framework, interface prototype design and usabilitytesting. Paper analyzed turns in individual navigation service on mobile device anduser character. In addition, based on user interviews and questionnaire survey,paper has completed user study. Paper structured three user archetype byactive-type, passive-type and composite-type after cluster analysis. Primarypersonas is composite-type, then paper built up context scenario and definerequirements. After then paper defined the interaction framework and interactiveflow. At last, paper used the goal-directed interactive flow tests and evaluationmethod to evaluate of the individual navigation service to find out problems in thedesign. Innovation of paper is that paper focuses on user’s motivation, context andbehavior pattern of individual navigation service. Paper research and dig intorequirements of user, then presents the idea of individual navigation service.Finally, paper made an intelligent navigation, location and information displayservice to meet requirements of user. |
