Huang Shu was a forerunner to oppose XiKun School’s Poetic style and explore theSong Poetry’s developed direction in Song Dynasty. His Poetic claims and creationshad various influences in Huang Tingjian and Jiangxi Poetry School. His works ofFatan Poem had six volumes, but only existing two volumes now, Poem168, whichare rich in content and have his own style. The academe has noticed that Huang Shuhas the influence in Huang Tingjian and Jiangxi Poetry School, but his Poetic claimsand creations’ researches still have a lot space. This Paper intends to do a moresystematic and Profound research to Huang Shu’s Poetry claims and creations.This paper includes five parts. The first chapter has combed the family tradition andhis friends’ relationships, which we can Probe his thoughts that he worried aboutpeople’s sufferings or wanted to return to cropland.The second chapter discusses Huang Shu poetic claims. He advocated learning"Li and Du", carrying forward the praise and mock’s traditions of "Feng Ya Xing Ji",persuiting "Qin "esthetic style, that is, the Poem creation should sing moral and worrysuffering and the expression should Persist the Confucian’s placidity spirit. Thoseclaims were put forward to aim at the temporal XiKun School. Huang Shu had aprofound reflection and beneficial exploration and practice about the way of Songpoem.The third chapter concludes Huang Shu poetic creations theme from four aspects,the Current Affairs, the Chant History, the Leisure, the Friendships and the Family,which directly reflects the reality and shows his sincere feelings, and which opposesthe XiKun School effectively.The fourth chapter analyses the means of artistic expression of Huang Shu, suchas steep, trying to find the exact word and using the old as a new, and style of artisticexpression, like depressed Profundity, cleanness and freshness, elegance and generosity, which is to illuminate that Huang Shu had a deploitational effect in theshape of Song poem. The fifth chapter discusses that Huang Shu affected the Huang Tingjian’s poeticclaims and creations, which also to prove that Huang Shu is a forerunnner to Songpoem.We research poetic claims and creations of Huang Shu by the numbers, which don’tonly help to explore the sources of Huang Tingjian and Jiangxi Poetry School, butalso to re-establish Huang Shu’s status in Song peom or even in the literature history.
