Dancesport is a kind of artistic project which is both ornamental and competitive.Because its style characteristic changes many,the music style is changeable,is liked by the multitudinous groups.Although sports dance in our country's development is only a short period of 30 years,but the speed of development is rapid.In order to cultivate high-level sports dance professional talents more in line with social needs,many colleges and universities in Shandong province have set up sports dance majors one after another,exporting a large number of excellent sports dance students to the society.However,due to the lack of comprehensive understanding of sports dance,there are many obstacles in the process of rapid development,making the survival and development of sports dance major in shandong colleges and universities can not keep up with the pace of social development and change.For example,the training objectives do not fit the social needs,the curriculum system cannot meet the actual needs of students,the faculty is difficult to meet students' desire for professional skills and abilities,and the school provides students with complete hardware facilities.All these factors affect and restrict the further development of the sports dance specialty construction in colleges and universities of shandong province.By using the methods of documentation,questionnaire,expert interview and mathematical statistics,this paper investigates and studies nine colleges and universities in Shandong Province which offer Dance sport specialty.Taking the students and graduates of colleges and universities which offer Dance sport specialty in Shandong Province as the object of investigation,this paper studies the current situation,training scheme,teachers' strength,hardware facilities and students' foundation of Dance sport specialty in Shandong Province.This situation includes students' knowledge needs and actual employment needs,accurately grasp the development context of Dance sport in Shandong colleges and universities,analyze the problems existing in the development process of Dance sport specialty construction in Colleges and universities,and put forward effective countermeasures according to the actual problems encountered.On the basis of grasping the development context and solving problems,this paper reasonably analyses the development trend of Dance sport in Shandong universities,accurately grasps the rational allocation of educational resources and investment of Dance sport specialty by the state and society,and makes Dance sport specialty develop in a rational,healthy and orderly direction.The research results show that:1.In terms of the source of students,most of the students have passed the art examination from ordinary high schools to colleges and universities.Their understanding of sports dance is not very thorough,and there are not many kinds of students who do not have solid basic skills to learn.2.The orientation of professional training objectives is not updated in time,and the curriculum and employment channels are not adjusted in time according to the changes of social needs.3.In terms of teachers,the proportion of men and women is not harmonious,and the age of teachers is getting younger and younger,which brings more innovative and cutting-edge professional technology and expertise.Educational background has been improved,but there is a lack of leading expert teachers with high scientific research ability and top player teachers with high technical level.4.In terms of hardware facilities,venues are the most important teaching hardware for sports dance majors.Lack of space,floor quality can not be maintained at any time,and insufficient number of audio equipment will affect the quality of class and students' practice,which also greatly affects students' enthusiasm for class learning,after-class practice and participation in competitions.5.Students' awareness of job-hunting and employment is insufficient,and the school's guidance to students' job-hunting and employment is insufficient.
