In recent years with the rapid development of secondary vocational education, school administraiton is facing more and more challenges, and one of the most difficult is the single-parent family students management work. The way to solve such psychological problems, we need the cooperation from schools, families and studnets etc. Through the investigaton to the mental health of students in secondary vocational schools, there are some obstacles, and the casuses of these obstacles are in three aspects:firstly, the students with sigle parent family management idea is backward, which lack of management talent; secondly, the management of students’ parents is different. The one is indulgent, the other is abandoned; thirdly, students are also meeting some problems, such as:interpersonal sensitivity, self consciousness and the pressure of employment. In facing these problems, we managers can solve it by three aspects:firstly, through family education which can keep them out of the soul of their world, cultivate a large number of psychological counsellors who have qualification,then peer psychological counseling; secondly, we need strengthen ties to single parents; thirdly, students realize themselves, create a good outlook on life, so as to maintain a positive and optimistic attitude.The article embarks from the reality, first by using the method of questionnaire investigation, case analysis and interview survey research methods and so on, to find the single-parent family students psychological barriers, the analysis produces these psychological barrier reason, while drawing lessons from the domestic and foreign research results, from the school, family and the students themselves to wait for respect proceed with, discuss on mental disorder the problems, study and solve these psychological barriers countermeasure, find more conducive to the secondary vocational school students with single parent family development model.
