Research On Function Positioning And Industrial Distribution Of Cultural And Creative Parks In Regional Central Cities

In the end of20th century，with the rising of cultural and creative industry，international central metropolises have taken the lead in realizing that thedevelopment model of cultural and creative industrial park has important significanceon promoting city economic transformation, enhancing urban competitiveness andincreasing employment rate. Moreover, the construction of cultural and creativeindustrial park was actively promoted. In recent years, many provinces in our countrybegins to emphasize the construction and development of cultural and creativeindustrial park and set off a wave of the construction boom of cultural and creativepark. As the central city of Huaihai Economic Zone, Xuzhou is relatively backward indecelopment and research of this part. In order to provide reference and suggestion forthem about construction and development of cultural and creative industrial parks inXuzhou. This paper preliminary study on function orientation and industrialdistribution at a perspective of Huaihai Economic Zone and the focus of study is theanalysis of spot investigation on the concrete case. And on this basis the measures andsuggestions are put forward.The main conclusions are as follows:(1) The function of cultural and creativeindustrial park was a dynamic evolution process, which influenced by different factorsin the process of development of the park, resulted in different degrees of increase ordecrease.(2)The function orientation of cultural and creative industrial park should beselected from actual conditions and be suited to the function orientation of thecity.(3) The function orientation of cultural and creative industrial park mainlyfocused on the hatcher and radiator for industries, cultural education training base andleisure tourism base.(4) Distribution and industry selection of Xuzhou cultural andcreative industrial park was basically similar to the cultural creative industry ofXuzhou, with the features of concentrating to the middle and loose around.(5) Byquestionnaire and interview and spot investigation,the function orientation of culturaland creative industrial park can be concluded as Xuzhou and related industryincubator, education training base of Xuzhou, regional leisure tourism base and demonstration garden of Huaihai Economic Zone etc, and creativity68was adjustedfrom the outer layer, relevant layer, middle layer and the core layer.(6) Based onexperience reference of domestic and abroad, the reference and suggestion forXuzhou cultural and creative industrial park, including the establishment of districtcooperation mechanism, clearing positioning, reasonably arrange industry and so onwere provided.
