Research On The Industrial Environment Of Cultural Creative Industries

Cultural creative industries are at the top of the industrial chain, influencing the transformation of traditional industries and the shift of city's function. Meanwhile, it has a "fuse effect", which will help develop the industrial chain through their own development and yield tremendous economic benefits. Cultural creative industries are rooted in certain industrial environments. Now there exist such problems as the imperfection of industrial environments, which prevent the development of cultural creative industries to some extent.This thesis shed light on the industrial environment of cultural creative industries, adopting methodology of documents research and investigation on the spot. The analysis for the industrial environment of cultural creative industries is base on Marketing and Media Management.The industrial environment of cultural creative industries can be roughly categorized two types: the static environment (industrial basic environment (political, economic, social and cultural, and technology e.g.) and the dynamic environment (policy environment, industrial environment, park inner environment).The dynamic environment is artificially built, whose core builder is the government, relevant institutes and the parks. The government builds the policy environment; relevant institutes build the industrial environment, and the parks (the bases) build the park inner environment. The development of cultural creative industries must be "three-in-one". The government, relevant institutes and the parks are the three major driving forces. The industrial static environment is the basis of the industrial dynamic environment. This category definite responsibility of relevant bodies of cultural creative industries, help perfect the industrial environment system to promote the development of this industries sustainable, healthy, rapid.
