The works of the Bronte sisters all took care of women. These works cared aboutthe living conditions of female, especially they cared women’s marital status.Womenwrite themselves makes the writer can shape the image of women and expresswomen’s psychology better. Not only had described the situation of female marriage,but also vivid and visually emerged the ideology and artistry of femalefigures.Because of the different natures of the Bronte sisters revealed in the works,enable them to shape the image of women with the characteristics of the authores.This article will attempt to analysis and interpret these female images in seven novelsThe paper will analysis three sisters work as a whole to research the interpretation ofthese female images,from two major aspects:the descriptiones of their marital statusand the different images shaped by different writers.This paper is composed of four parts:The first part introduces the existingresearch on the works of the Bronte sisters so as to find out the perspective of thisthesis, and to introduce the content and innovation of this paper.The second partanalyses large number of women of the novels according to women’s marital status:their marital status is divided into empirical and non-experience,by the attitude of thewomen in marital status.And empirical marital status is divided into passively obeythe type, consciously choose, resistance and back again. Non-experience is dividedinto insight and have courage and low self-esteem and self-control.In the third part,itanalyses and compares the figure by the influence of the different natures of theBronte sisters.The fifth part summarizes the whole text,furthermore the thesisconcludes that the Bronte sisters careful observation of the situation for female andactive exploration for female outlet.The special features of this article is that, to giveAnne‘s works more attention, whose achievement is sheltered by two sisters,in orderto put forward some new views.
