Some unclear aspectssuch as its original text’s forming time、interpretation、spreading and volume because ofSanskrit version of the Book of One Hundred Fables’ missing. Therefore, this articlewill focus on these problems stated as above.1. The original version of the Book of Onehundred fables was formed in between nearly400and450and it was used to propagatesome principles of Mahayana Buddhism and criticize Theravada Buddhism.2.
