In the education of ideology and politics for college students, a serious disconnection between ideological and scientific education, combined with an absence and a dislocation of the main body, pose an urgent need for Universities to base on the essence of practice, carrying on a further research of the relationship between humanity and virtue, equipping people with scientific theory, and constantly digging the local recourse of traditional morality and education, creating new moral and educational development mode, strengthening and improving college Students’Ideological and Political Education, promoting people’s moral development.Under the guidance of Dialectical materialism and historical materialism, on the basis of the reference to existing research results, comprehensive use of literature, empirical analysis, systems analysis and other research methods, from "ought" and "the Real" two perspective, this thesis make a relatively comprehensive and systematic analysis and discussion. Firstly, on the basis of determining the basic connotation of Confucian Theory of Human Nature, through the three aspects:" emphasizing the difference of human beings and beasts, highlighting the human nature""cultivating people’s moral character first, elevating moral pursuit", and "Virtue equal, everyone can be holy", this thesis illuminates the theory basis of the Confucian Humanization Moral Education. Secondly, from two levels including the basic principles which to be followed and the development model of Confucian Humanization Moral Education, a thorough inquiry on the practical approach of the Confucian Humanization Moral Education development has been carried out.From the "Min RenLun" Thought, which was a way to deal with human relations proposed by Mengzi, the reason, the main content and the educational method of which Confucian attach great importance to the humanized and ethical cultivation, the Confucian humanization moral education thought and the moral enlightening have been explained. Finally, through the three levels:" respect virtue then ask to learn"," gnosis"and" episteme", and"doctrine of magnanimity", the value of how Confucian humanistic moral education thought influences the current moral education in university has been disscussed.In a word, the research on Chinese traditional Confucian humanization moral education is a new subject but still according to the classic works in Confucian humanizations’theory. It put forward on the basis of the profound changes of ideas under the new environment, so it has a strong practical significance. The research carried out profoundly by the concept of scientific development which is people-oriented. And it’s a vital theory and piratical issue in developing harmonious culture and improving ideological and moral education in a socialist country. Therefore, all universities should make a full use of Chinese traditional local resource in putting ethical education, humanization and cultivation as top priority.
