The Dongxiang nationality is one of three special ethnic minorities in Gansu province, Dongxiang-the main tool of communication, is a phonetic language without words.Dongxiang-telongs to Altai language family of Mongolia. It and its cognate languages, Mongolian, Daur language, dialect, security studies, Eastern Yugur Language have the obvious sound correspondences, In vocabulary there are more common components of the language--Mongolia group of cognate words.Language is the national non-renewable, precious immaterial culture, and constitutes the cultural diversity premise conditions.Dongxiang is also the national renewable energy, precious language resources, language can not be replaced by other linguistic value baned on Previous linguists Dongxiang-the phonetic description is different, but mostly through the traditional method of ear notes.On this basis we get condired with the methods of experimental phonetics phonology of Dongxiang-once again having been verified; use the application of modern means of science and technology development and utilization of Dongxiang to enrich the resources of our national culture, to strengthen the exploitation and protection of ethnic culture in Dongxiang.So, using the experimental phonetics Dongxiang technology development language resources is of great significance.In our traditional phonetics basis, using the methods of experimental phonetics, aims to reveal Dongxiang phonetic characteristics.This paper carrias out experimental equipment and Praat multifunctional speech analysis software, for all recording materials according to the thesaurus categories to different segmentation; each of the speech samples is extracted from the waveform, spectrogram; in the spectrogram parameters on Extraction of vowel acoustics; Dongxiang-vowel sounds is again to verified.This study will reveal some of the past which can not be observed in the speech, Dongxiang-speech on excavation of resources and protection of a certain positive role.
