<d minor chaconne> is the final movement of <D minor suite ofJohann Sebastian Bach’s Six Sonatas and Partitas> for Solo Violin. But it ismuch longer than the first four suites and is rich in emotional colouring. It isalso better than them in significance and profoundity. This piece of work is notonly as significant in the circle of violin as the Holy Bible in western historyand culture, but also greatly admired by more musicians in other instrumentalmusic recomposition. After performing Busoni Ferruccio’s recomposed Bach for piano, theauthor has a deeper understanding of <d minor chaconne>. There are threeobjectives in this thesis. Theauthor also briefly analyses the cause of Bach’s religional complex formation so as tohave a better understanding the characteristics and thoughts of Bach’s <d minorchaconne>.Busoni Ferruccio was a very common musician, but his recomposedBach made him a very famous star in musical history. However, the performance ofany work is based on the understanding of the composer and one should also trieshard to pursue it.<d minor chaconne> tests the performer both in techniques andemotional expression. It is because of the significance of the content and thecomplexity of the techniques that improve the performer’s techniques and that theperformer reflects on their values at the same time, which also interests every music lover.
