The Study Of Historical Heritage, Notations And Vocal Characteristics Of The Kunqu Of YeTang School

Kunqu Opera is one of the oldest theatrical heritages of China, with the history of600years old. Generation to the Wei Liangfu the reform from the Kunshan cavity, Kunqu rapid spread about to the period of the Qing Emperor Qianlong, and Suzhou has become the center of the Kunqu performing. The YeTang school as an important genre in the Kunqu heritage, singing very strictly, and has been highly respected from generation to generation. The beginning of this genre inherited from the Qing Dynasty YeTang, after the seven generations descendant continues to today. This paper tries to comb through the YeTang’s seven generations descendant and four generations Notations of the inheritance relationship, attempt to describe the characteristics of successor Notation and singing.The Paper consists of three chapters. Chapter1is about the seven generations of YeTang school, include YeTang, Niu Feishi, Han Huaqing, Yu sulu, Yuzhenfei and Zhou xuehua, intreduce their heritage characteristics, and summary their heritage identity change trend.Chapter2is discussing the four Notations of YeTang School,"NaShuYing Notation","SuLu Notation","ZhenFei Notation", and the Notation which Zhou xuehua translate from "NaShuYing Notation". This chapter is talking about the editing features, publication and republication, additional articles of these four Notations, and summarizes the characteristics of the four Notations.Chapter3is the focus of this paper. We choose "ZaoLuoPao" from "The Peony Pavilion", which is the most popular area in kunqu, as an example to Analysis. We prove that the four Notations have an historical heritage through this careful research.
