Females all wish a face which looks young. How consumer perceive facial age is a must question to address.This paper reviewed the progress of age perception research, which is based on theories of face cognition, to study about the influence factors of face age perception, and research methods innovation.This study utilized the Eye Tracker and Questionnaire to explore the key attention (area and attributes) of consumer face age perception from both subconscious and conscious point of view, dap to the processing of those attentions, and validate the clinical value of those attentions from a dermatologist point of view through the correlation with aging, to set up an evaluation system of aging which is related to consumer as well as effective in clinical practice.The main outcomes are:1) The fixation hotspots ranking of face age perception is nose>lower eye lids>forehead> upper eye lids> surrounding mouth mips>cheek>external eye corner.2) The process of face age perception is mainly contributed by scan, associated by evaluation partially, e.g. Forehead, Surrounding mouth. Compare with age perception, age gap perception scan into cheek details.3) Combine the result of Eye Tracking and Questionnaire, after the validation of dermatologist grading, the attributes in aging evaluation system are:Crow’s-feet, Forehead winkles, Eye bags, Lower cheek sagging, Upper cheek hyper-pigmentation, Frown lines, Mouth area lines, Crow’s-feet fine lines, Overall Sagging, Naso-labial folder, Chin sagging, Eye lid sagging, Dark circles, Uneven skin tone, Overall winkles, Overall fine lines, Jaw line sagging.
