Research On Education Thought In Buddhism From Han To South-North Dynasty

Since Buddhism spread from India to china, there have being forming a religion with Chinese characteristics, inheriting and combining the basis of Chinese free belief. The period of six dynasties from Han to South-North Dynasty a crucial stage of developing the theory of Chinese Buddhist education and thoughts.Our aim is to deplore the link between history and the thoughts of "Buddhist education" through organizing and analyzing the Buddhist educational thoughts of six dynasties from Han to South-North Dynasty. The thoughts of "Buddhist education" of six dynasties established gradually during the procedure of transmission and developing of Chinese ancient culturc.the transferring and forming of it has its own specific historical origins and culture background. As we know, Buddhism has a close relationship with Confucians and Taoism in the course of acculturation, the religious view of Buddhism attaches itself to Tao while the political ethics adhere to Confucianism. Buddhism is constantly confucianismized. At the same time, it emerged a splendid view when Confucianism, Taoism and Buddhism collide against each other Just because of this, it will prompt these three religions to absorb, as well as develop, each other. Chinese traditional culture can be further enriched and developed by this way. Buddhism education, during the development of Buddhism education, there are so many representative educational figures existing that make everlasting contributions to inherit and develop the Buddhist educational thoughts.
