Objective:1.revise The ways of Savoring Checklist revised by Bryant et al;2.survey the condition of Savoring of Hangzhou city residents;3.discuss the relationship of well being and the savoring of Hangzhou city residents.Methods:We select380Hangzhou city residents as researching objects, investigate them with the revised The ways of Savoring Checklist and Multiple Happiness questionnaire, and analyze the data with the software of LISREL8.70and SPSS17.0.Results:1.the revised The ways of Savoring Checklist has good reliability and validity.includes6dimensions which are sharing with others, self-contentment, behavioral expression, memory-building, temporal awareness and kill-joy thinking;2.analyze the confirmatory factor of the revised The ways of Savoring Checklist, result shows that the fit index of six dimensions of checkist is good;3.the differences in variables which are marital status,age,education,occupation and income is significant;4.there is significant correlation between the ways of savoring of Hangzhou city residents and well-being, the ways of savoring has better effect in predicating well being.Conclusion:Hangzhou city residents is good at using6savoring strategy which are sharing with others, self-contentment, behavioral expression, memory-building, temporal awareness and kill-joy thinking. The ways of savoring has better effect in predicting well being:sharing with others, self-contentment and memory-building is significant in predicting life contentment; self-contentment and memory-building is significant in predicting positive emotion;self-contentment and kill-joy thinking is significant in predicting negative emotion;self-contentment, memory-building and kill-joy is significant in predicting self value and life vigor; sharing with others and memory-building is significant in predicting friendly relationship; sharing with others and kill-joy thinking is significant in predicting health concern;self-contentment and behavioral expression is significant in predicting atruistic behavior and personality development. |
