Ambiguity Study Of N+V Structure In Modern Chinese

Ambiguity is a common phenomenon in the human language, in Chinese, ambiguity is more universal and inevitable. The study about ambiguity is a very important issue, previous researches conducted on the phenomenon can be described as magnificent, the content is extensive,study perspective and methods are numerous.Study about ambiguous structure is important in ambiguity study,many excellent researchers have done this,such as VP+NP1+DE(的)+NP2、N1+DE (的)+N2、V+V、 V+N and so on.However,in these so many ambiguous structure studies,study for the N+V ambiguous structure was not so much,but this structure is very common and has a certain abstract,therefore,the paper will be use the ambiguous structure as a research object,make analysis and research.The overall content of this paper is divided into four parts:the first part is an introduction, it introduce that why choose this topic, its meaning, structural arrangements, research methods and sources of the corpus; the second part is chapter two, Ambiguity study history of Modern Chinese, reviewed from the research profiles of ambiguity and the N+V structure overview of related study achievements to make a review; the third part is the core part, from chapter two to chapter six, chapter two is The N+V structure discuss in Modern Chinese, introduce its form,nature and ambiguity performance, make briefly discussed on the structure, the chapter three is structure’s semantic constraints analysis, respectively from constraints of N, constraints of V and constraints of N and V, the fourth chapter is N+V ambiguity degrees analysis, analyze ambiguity degrees of the structure from pragmatic perspective, the fifth chapter is N+V ambiguous structure’s cognition model analyses, analyze cognition model of this structure from cognitive perspective, chapter six is N+V" s differentiation and digestion, that are context differentiation, transformation differentiation and implicit relationship changing to dominant relationship differentiation, toward these three methods we can digest the structure’s ambiguity; the fourth part is the conclusion,this part will carry on summary of the study, pointed out the shortcomings and the future direction of this study.Paper on N+V ambiguous structure analysis, profoundly help us understand the semantic, pragmatic, cognitive situation of this structure, dispelling the ambiguity of language, facilitate language communication; meantime, the study provide a reference for other ambiguous structure study; it also helps Chinese language teaching, especially for foreigners,it can help people accurately convey the meaning and exchange messages in language communicative activities; in addition, study will helpful for Chinese information processing and machine translation, it can help machine preference semantics, predict and identify ambiguity, improve the computer’s word segmentation accuracy and speed.
