Ideals Of Social Management And Reality Enlightenment Of Lao Zi

It was apparently that the ideals of Lao Zi was rich in philosophic theory. Notonly was contribute to the thought and culture in China, but also it had profound andlasting affect on the thought and culture in China and it was outstanding in world.The work of Lao Zi was the representative work which was about the theory ofsocial management in ancient China. The center of the work was “TAO”, the base ofwork was dialectical thinking, the feature of the book was “nature” and “inaction”.There is no doubt that the book was full of rational management wisdom and cool onthinking, it was formed a serial of unique management principles and managementmethods. This principles and methods contains many important problems whichwere about social management in present.Although ancient and modern society were discrepancy in morphology, theancient and modern social management wrer faced with many common problems. Itwas advisable that ancient social had more experience when it comes to deal withthis relationship. In view of this experience contained more contents with universalvalue. History affords us lessons that merit attention on social management theoryand practice in modern society. To investigated the idea of social management onLao Zi, on the one hand, we were inherit and develop management thought resourcesin ancient China,on the other hand, when it depend on people oriented, it has apositive reference function on construct the new era of management science,management ideological system and building a socialist harmonious society.This work was research the ideals of " Lao Zi " on the social management. Notonly was used the research findings of ancient and modern people for reference, butalso taked the historical materialism methodology as foundation. On the base of thisresearch, this work using a series of scientific methods to analyze and discuss thethought. The full text was divided into four parts. The first part was base on theory ofsocial management of Lao Zi and expound the ideals of “TAO” in systematically.The second part was focus on the theory of social management of “Lao Zi”. It wasreveal that the core of theory of social management of “Lao Zi” was concentrate on the basic concept, basic principles and main culture art, etc. The third part revealsome problems which were about modern social management in China and itsbeingness. The last part concluded the ideals of social management and its realityenlightenment of Lao Zi.
