In 1973, Chinese archeologists found plenty of historical relics from the excavation of a Han Dynasty Tomb at Mawangdui,Changsha city. And archeologists got 28 kind of silk manuscript with over 12,000 words on those ancient books in the noticeable 3rd tomb. In those silk manuscripts, four articles including "Jingfa", "Shiliujing", "Cheng" and "Daoyuan" from The Ma Wang Dui texts of the Lao Zi arouse interests in the academic world. For these articles, there are two names, The Silk Manuscript of Huang Lao or Four Classics of Huangdi and we adopt the former one. After almost 40 years working on this issue, they got much valuable knowledge already.The Silk Manuscript of Huang Lao blends the advantages of Ying-Yang, Confucianism,mo, Ming and Legalists on the basis of Tao theory. By means of Cutting of Yin and Yang it distinguishes the Tao of Metaphysical ontology as well as natural law or Tian Tao, which ensures Tao as the noumenon of world’s arche. And when Tao was specialized as Tian Tao, it will emerge as Ying and Yang. As long as human beings imitate Tian Tao, the whole society will see a reasonable order. If so, the nature, the earth and the human will be united in the Tao, and the uniformity of the world can be assured.On the basis of that, The Silk Manuscript of Huang Lao forms a systematic political ideology which includes an "all depends on law" government conception, a "combination of force with nonviolence, Xing as well as De" Governing method, a hierarchical order of the noble and the humble remain unchanged and a war view of uniting by means of force. This article analyzes the essence governing by non-interference which is a "Bao Tao Zhi Du"kind of governing conception. Base on that, The Silk Manuscript of Huang Lao has big difference with Laozi.The author teases the ideology of ancient book with logic analysis methods, and compared it with Laozi in order to probe its development from the ideology from Laozi.The Silk Manuscript of Huang Lao seeks the rationality of social order from a metaphysical noumenon of Tao, which means a lot considering its ideology of management by law and governing method "combination of force with nonviolence, Xing as well as De".Those ideologies blend kinds of theory as well as have had significant effect on subsequent political views.
