Legal Linguistics is a branch of Linguistics,the study on courtroom discourse expandthes cope of Applied Linguistics.In a sense,Study on the Pragmatic Strategies of CourtInterrogation, not only provides a new perspective for Pragmatic, but also enrich thepragmatic study on courtroom discourse.This thesis simulated from a pragmatic perspective,in the light of court interrogation,thespecial language phenomenon,do some research and exploration dynamically, then usingSpeech Act Theory to analysis the type of court interrogation. As the basis of carry out thespecific study strategy of the court interrogation，it summary a large amount types ofcourt answer and corresponding linguistic theory.
