With the positive national strategy supporting of "Going Out" and a unprecedentedglobal popular of Chinese, publishing of teaching Chinese as a second language(CSL) ushersin a flourishing age in recent years. Publishing of teaching CSL is turning into an effectivecarrier to deliver Chinese culture and improve Chinese cultural influence globally.Meanwhile, influenced by digitization of press and publication industry, publishing ofteaching CSL is in a processing of transforing into new digital media. The transformation issignificant as a combine between the national strategy "Going out" and "digitization" reformof publication industry. Therefore, further exploration into the pattens of digital publishing ofteaching CSL is quite important.Though digital publishing industry in China is developing fast in recent years, digitalpublishing of teaching CSL is still at the preliminary stage. Now the field faces some seriousbottlenecks issues. These problems directly restrict and hamper the development of digitalpublishing of teaching CSL. Therefore, this research is dedicated to analyse the problemsoccurring in this field and find its developing principles, in order to promote the developmentof digital publishing of teaching CSL, as well as provide possible policy decision-makingbasis and theoretical reference for government and enterprise.This research is divided into four parts. The first part defines and explores theconnotation and characteristic of digital publishing of teaching CSL. The second partcombines the theories in this filed: theories of teaching Chinese as a second language, theoriesof second language acquisition, theories of press and publishing communication etc. The thirdpart analyses the bottleneck problems in practice, including: the vagueness of profit-makingmode, the insufficiency of understanding market demands, the weakness of competitivenessin overseas market, the insufficiency of professional talent people in this field, etc. The finalpart advances corresponding strategies to solve the problems, according to a fusion of theoriesand practice.
