In recent years, due to the enhancement of China’s comprehensive nationalstrength, the improvement of our international status and the needs of the world trade,Chinese is becoming popular increasingly with vigorous promotion. Thus there is aphenomenon called"Chinese Fever", moreover this phenomenon is graduallytransforming from the Confucius Institute teaching mode that was used in someforeign countries or regions to a wider range of educational teaching mode of addingformal Chinese courses in primary and secondary education abroad.This paper is based on the background mentioned above to collect outstandingChinese teachers’ related references with the Chinese culture teaching which wascarried out in Haeundae Tourism High school and other25primary and secondaryschools attached to Busan Education Office in South Korea. In this paper, the writerconsulted many Korean native scholars’ articles or books and many frontline teachers’practical teaching records, combined with research activities started among Chineselearners in South Korea, used many kinds of studying methods to elaborate andanalyze culture teaching in China’s TCFL(Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language)and a series of issues about Chinese culture teaching in Korean primary andsecondary schools. The study about teaching cases in this paper were mainly carriedout through action research. With the methods of observation and repeated practice onteaching contents in Chinese culture, the evaluation, reflection, feedback and revisionto contents, methods and procedures in teaching, the writer finally got the bestteaching case effectively. In summary, this paper aims to provide reference in teachingChinese and Chinese culture for Korean primary and secondary education.
