Although Wei Yingwu was not the most famous poet, his status could not beignored in the history of literature,just as Jiang Yin said in his book“Study On Poetsof The Dali Period”that he established his own style of poetry and was so excellentthat he could set a good example to other poets.However,he did not attract people’sattention when he was alive.Bai Juyi said in his works named“Book To YuYuan”said:“When Su Zhou was alive,people did not love him verymuch.However,people adored him when he died.”In recent years,with the studymaterials enriching and people’s understanding becoming well,scholars have begun topay attention to Wei Yingwu.At the same time,there has been some significantachievements of study on Wei Yingwu.However,scholars scarcely study“The YuanPublication of Wei Suzhou Works”.Therefore,the author make a research from theaspects of literature and document based on“The Yuan Publication of Wei SuzhouWorks”.The paper is made up of two parts.They are introduction part and body part.Theintroduction part will tell the reasons of selecting the topic,retrospect the study madebefore and explain the innovation point.The body part altogether includes fourchapters:The first chapter is to introduce the Wei Yingwu’s life and his families and toanalyze his poetry.Wei Yingwu was one of the most important poets in the middle stage of TangDynasty,but he was not recorded in“Tang Book”.In recent years,though scholars reachan agreement on the study of Wei Yingwu’s life and families based on the documentshanded down from the ancient times and the discovered documents,there are stillmany doubts on his life and families.The paper will be based on the previous studyand refer to various materials to give life research and give the opinions.Then it willmake a short analysis of the poetry.The second chapter is to study the versions of Wei Yingwu’s poetry“Tang Ji Xu Lu”of Wan Man made a comprehensive study of versions of WeiYingwu’s poetry,basing on which and referring to various ancient books and records, the paper sorts out the versions which existed in Tang Song Yuan period.What ismore,the paper will also emphasize“The Yuan Publication of Wei Suzhou Works”and make an introduction from three aspects of compilement,inscription and spread.The third chapter is to collate“The Yuan Publication of Wei Suzhou Works”The paper takes“The Yuan Publication of Wei Suzhou Works”as original copy,and takes“The Check of Wei Yingwu Works”as collated copy to collate the poetrytexts and existing remarks of Liu Chenweng.And make a short analysis of thedifferent part according to the present materials.The fourth chapter is about the literature study on“The Yuan Publication of WeiSuzhou Works”“The Yuan Publication of Wei Suzhou Works”has many Liu Chenweng’sremarks,so the author will make a research from literature aspect.At first,the thesiswill talk about the remarks from the form and feature.
