In a broad sense，the city vocal music culture discussed in this paper is the moderncity vocal music culture and phenomenon, including musical composition and performanceof profession, amateur, elegance, pop and masses. It also involves the social orientation ormarket operation and the resulting social effect, social influence and the impetus to culture,economy, politics, social changes, national cohesion and so on.The vocal culture industry is a brand—new idea and thinking in a certain degree. However，there are still manyshort—term effect，utilitarianism and show.To a certain extent，community vocal music culture embodies the basic spirit of thecity. The taste and the gift of the people in a city are often reflected on its communityculture，especially the vocal music culture.
