Agrestic novels is a literature which is "rootless" in writing andrhetoric, and it is also depend on personal experience. LiuQingbang’s novels in the rural society with the pastoral warmth,also has the modern vision of ancient worries. Along with theprocess of globalization, the farming civilization gradually fading,village is gradually being forgotten, we can not ignore the socialchange the spirit behind the black hole. When Liu Qingbang set inreinforced concrete city within the city walls, go back China’s ruralhistory, the changes of the times and the throes of modernization,we cannot estimate he across China for more than50years, acrossthe city and countryside, across the anxiety and redemption ofmodern narrative value.This thesis is divided into three modules. The first chapter is thelaborer narration of earth as the starting point, focusing on theanalysis of the narration of love and children’s narrative in LiuQingbang’s short stories. In order to work, love and childrenconstruct into local world exudes a thick solo charm. The narrativeart of this unique construction benefited from Liu Qingbang’s shortstories, a symbol of the beginning and the end of reproduction. Thisconstitutes the second part. The last is in the background ofmodern culture, in the return to the traditional culture value at the same time, reflection of modernity in the rural world. Liu Qingbang’sunique native Chinese flavor, the display of contemporary Chinesecomplex culture, spirit and existence, become our common memoryof nation.
