The Investigation And Study Of Qinyuan Yangge

Yangge is a popular opera in the north of shanxi, shaanxi, henan,hebei, shandong provinces. Qinyuan county is named from itsgeographic position. It is situated in the northwest of changzhi citywhich located the central and southern parts of Shanxi Province. Andit is lain in the TaiYueShan foothill, made it the birthplace of riverdawen. Qinyuan yangko is a widely spread folk songs in qinyuancounty and basin of river dawen, which is originated in the late Mingdynasty, formed in the Kang-Qian age, prevailed in daoguang-xianfengyears. Later it promoted to jinzhong, southeast shanxi and otherplaces.Qinyuan yangge,was became a local small operas from folk songsafter the baptism of the Anti-Japanese War. The plays of Qinyuanyangge is numerous, but there are just about170ones kept to now.Then the performing form of it was became two people or two or moresinging, singing, singing with actions from the combination of musicand dancing "HuaGu yangge" and "SanBan yangge".Most of the lyricsreflected the love and daily life, such as content, with simpleplot,small amount of dialogue and simple costumes. With thingsabove the performer of the operas also had the typical characteristics.In the1940s’, the Japanese invaders invaded qinyuan, so theanti-japan government formed a "green theatre" combining with the current politics, to preach the resistance policy of the government atthe time. That was a great success, at the same time it was also asymbol that the qinyuan yangge was officially boarded the stage ofhistory as a local opera in shanxi operas. Qinyuan yangge, at this timebecome a banner of the anti-japanese base areas and studyingexample of various art groups.While qinyuan yangko has been classified as non-material culturalheritage in Shanxi Province, also is to declare a national non-materialcultural heritage, but at present, qinyuan yangko also suffered a greattest of the survival status. Living environment deteriorated, lack ofyoung actor; the loss of audience; shortage of funds, lack ofhigh-quality show. Due to the traditional operas lost the originalcharm for people, now there is little proper research on thedevelopment and protection awareness of qinyuan yangge.On the basis of consulting literature materials and field survey,using the basic theory of drama, this paper make a morecomprehensive study on this disappearing historical and culturalheritage from all sides.
