Anchoring effect commomly exists in all kinds of judgment and estimate tasks, related to certain core mechanism of huam judgment and decision-making. It is of greatimportance in our daily learning and life. On the basis of the precedent achievementsrelated, this research studied how the different way of interferences, under the anchoringeffect condition, influence the numerical estimation of college students and what is itsneural mechanism of this process by using the technology of event-related potential (ERP)and self-made materials. This paper is composed of two parts, one is that different waysof interferences effect on numerical estimation without anchoring condition. Anotherresearch process is almost the same, but under anchoring condition. The conclusions are asfollows:(1) In the term of ways of interferences, the reaction time was increased following theincreased difficulty of the task whenever under or without anchoring condition. At thesame time, the rationality of the results in numerical estimation task was descendedgradually.(2) In the term of value types of anchor, there existed anchoring effect in every way ofinterferences. Higher value of anchor brought out higher estimate number, lower valuebrought out lower number.(3) In the term of ways of anchoring, the reaction time was shorter without anchor, butthe rational of estimate was lower comparing to the anchoring condition.(4) In term of electrical activity of the brain, the differences of way of interferencesreflected on N1in parietal cortex and P2, N300in parietal cortex and central and parietal cortex. Time interval was120~350ms. Different value types of anchor had different LPC inparietal region. Time interval was350~600ms. And differences between anchoringcondition and non-anchoring condition were LPC in parietal region. Time interval was350~550ms.
