Narrative Research The TV Documentary On History And Culture Of Dunhuang

The documentary is the initial form of movie and TV, and It is a more comfortable means of communication. In sociology and communication science point of view, the documentary is to explain the history, record now, predict future with a documentary and non-fiction technique of expression. It will undoubtedly become an important mode of communication to promote the development of human civilization that the documentary is looking at and reproducing many aspects of nature and human social life.In this paper, the TV documentary on history and culture of Dunhuang is as the research object, the documentary that is the independence creation of Gansu’s media and playing complete in the CCTV broadcast is as the key. The research will discuss on the unique narrative mode and a multi-dimensional Dunhuang image which is in Qinchuan’s(the Gansu native place director) series documentaries. The paper will write and present what the local record images is to again review, reflect on their own local historical and realistic at global multicultural background.This article will reflect the narrative features of Qinchuan’s personal style from the narrative structure, the narrative theme and the narrative techniques of expression; show the appeal of inheriting and protecting Dunhuang’s historical and cultural. What’s more, this paper will analysis the construction of Dunhuang imagery from the macroscopic narrative level. Through the analysis of the above three aspects, we will form a system understanding to the narrative characteristics of documentary on History and Culture of Dunhuang. In the end, the research also discuss on the value of documentary on History and Culture of Dunhuang. From the perspective of cultural anthropology, historical and cultural documentary history not only has the historical value, but also has practical significance and value.
